COMMENT CA DEVRAIT FONCTIONNER :
L'item devrait avoir une chance de donner 165 de mana à chaque lancement d'un sort comme le tooltip l'indique.
Il devrait avoir 45sec de cooldown d'activation comme le dit le commentaire WH qui va suivre.

COMMENT REPRODUIRE LE BUG :
Enduire son arme avec l'huile. procéder à des incantations de differents spells, remarquer via recount ou tout autre source qu'on ne gagne jamais 165 de mana (même en regardant uniquement la barre de mana)

so far from what i have seen it appears to have a 45 second internal cooldown. I'm going to be testing it some more after i post this, but thought id get it out there. shortest time I've seen between procs was 45 seconds and longest was 63.

i spent 49 minutes spamming FoL with this oil on, it procd 61 times with an average time between procs of 48.39 seconds
given its procing 1.24 times per minute it would restore 17.05 mp5 putting it ahead of the other available mana oils with the trade off of 5 mp5 for 25 healing.

D'après ce commentaire (tiré de la page wowhead de l'item) il devrait proc environ toute les 45 secondes.

Après avoir discuter avec mes confrères CaC, il se trouve que l'équivalent qui augmente la PA de 300 ne fonctionne pas non plus (je ne l'inclus pas dans ce report car je n'ai pas pu le tester moi même)

edit : je confirme que l'enduit cac ne fonctionne pas sur l'ile non plus

Tésté que sur l'ile pour l'instant, je testerais ce soir à SW.

The buff from this effect - Righteousness, seems to have at least a 40 second cooldown. I didn't get any procs within 40 seconds of each other in an hour of testing.

If it procs every 40~ seconds, and lasts for 10 seconds, it gives 25% uptime on a 300 AP proc. That's 300/4 = 75 static AP, not 8.
