FONCTIONNEMENT BUG / QU'ON RETROUVE SUR LE SERVEUR : L'effet Poings de fureur (41989/41990), déclenché par le set La fureur de vaincre (itemset=719), a une chance trop faible de se déclencher (~1.5%).


COMMENT CA DEVRAIT FONCTIONNER : L'effet Poings de fureur devrait avoir 5% de chance de se déclencher


SOURCE MONTRANT QUE CELA DEVRAIT FONCTIONNER AINSI (vidéo, patchnote, etc...) : The proc rate is right at 5%. I used proc watch with auto swings on halaa guards to find out proc rate. I then tested this on special attacks, of which also cause the proc at 5% .
