En attendant de trouver mieux :

You used to need to kill all bosses apart of the Lurker to open the passage to her room. Since 3.0 you don't anymore.

I think we'd all wanna skip him if we could really. Basically you have to kill like 75% of his trash to get to Vashj's bridge, so it's easier just to kill a little more and take him out so the trash doesn't come back.
