These terms govern the purchase and use of Shop Points on GeekServers. By making a purchase, you agree to these conditions.
1. Definitions
- Shop Points: Virtual currency purchased with real money, used to acquire virtual items and services in our shop.
- Buyer: Any person making a purchase on our platform.
- Virtual Services: Non-physical items or services acquired through Shop Points.
2. Age Requirements
- You must be at least 16 years old to make purchases on our platform.
- If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent before making any purchase.
- By completing a purchase, you certify that you meet these age requirements.
3. Purchasing Shop Points
- Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal.
- Shop Points are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.
- For any payment issues, please contact PayPal directly: https://www.paypal.com/help
- For issues with Shop Points not appearing after confirmed payment, contact us.
4. Using Shop Points
- Shop Points can only be used in the GeekServers shop.
- Shop Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Shop Points cannot be exchanged for real money.
- Purchased services are delivered immediately upon redemption.
5. Refund Policy
- All purchases are final. Shop Points are non-refundable.
- By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and waive your right of withdrawal.
- In case of technical issues preventing service delivery, we may offer Shop Points compensation at our discretion.
6. Service Limitations
Purchased services may be lost in the following cases:
- Account suspension or ban due to Terms of Use violations
- Voluntary deletion of characters that received purchased services
- Server closure due to circumstances beyond our control
No refunds will be provided in these cases. Purchasing Shop Points does not grant any special privileges or priority support.
7. Disputes
- Before initiating any dispute with PayPal, please contact us first to resolve the issue.
- Opening a PayPal dispute without prior contact may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.
- We are committed to finding fair solutions to all legitimate concerns.
