How to take part

1. Create a new character on NostalGeek during the event: it is automatically flagged as a PexEvent character.
2. TGC — Want to take part on The Geek Crusade? Start on NostalGeek too, then move your PexEvent character to TGC at level 60 with the site's character transfer (free during the event). Characters created directly on TGC do not take part.
3. Level up with boosted rates and earn achievement points (dungeons, battlegrounds, quests, kills, professions...).
4. Sponsor ONE guild on the site, on NostalGeek OR The Geek Crusade: the points you earn on that realm also count for the guild you sponsor. The choice is final.
5. Claim your rewards on the site: point tiers, Realm Firsts and guild rewards, delivered by in-game mail.

PexEvent characters

• Experience x2
• Rested experience builds up twice as fast, and the rested stock can grow twice as large.
• Quest money x2 below max level
• Reputation x2
• 600 gold when reaching level 60 (NostalGeek), 1,000 gold when reaching level 70 (The Geek Crusade)
• Isolated from regular characters: no trade, mail or auction house with them; groups within 7 levels.
• At max level, PexEvent characters may queue battlegrounds with regular characters (trades stay blocked).
• Vote boosts apply, except the experience boost.
• Character duplication at half price in the shop for your PexEvent characters (NostalGeek, during the event).
• Free transfer to The Geek Crusade for your PexEvent characters (from NostalGeek, during the event).
• Shop boosts are closed to PexEvent characters: level, gold, experience and weapon skills boosts, pet experience and loyalty boosts, and mounts.

Realm Firsts

The first player (or group) to reach a milestone is announced in game and on Discord, and earns a unique reward.

• First to level 60 (NG): the title “The Lightning”. First to level 70 (TGC): the title “The Restless”.
• Dungeon first: 10 charges of the Unknown Item for that dungeon (every group member).
• Raid first: one rare/epic piece of your choice from the raid's boss loot, on your PexEvent character.
• Profession first: a recipe of your choice from a shortlist; gathering professions get a Unknown Item, Unknown Item or the Unknown Item.
• Gold firsts (NG): the Unknown Item companion and the title “The Vain”.

From NostalGeek to The Geek Crusade

1. Start your PexEvent character on NostalGeek (vanilla).
2. At level 60, transfer it to The Geek Crusade (TBC) with the site's character transfer (free during the event).
3. Its PexEvent status and its titles follow it: it keeps earning points on TGC (tier rewards, Realm Firsts, guild rewards, S0 set).

On TGC, every group dungeon you clear gives 5 charges of the PexEvent Teleporter for that dungeon, and clearing all of them unlocks the S0 set of your class (no level requirement).

Bests (end of event)

• Most achievement points on each realm (NostalGeek and The Geek Crusade): the Unknown Item.
• Most honorable kills: the title “The Bloodthirsty”.
